The overall performance of external sales and shipments was better than that of domestic sales. In the early stage of the domestic epidemic, due to the shutdown of domestic factories, the export volume fell more. The online performance of white goods retail end is better than offline. From the perspective of retail sales, offline sales of white wires are significantly affected by the epidemic. According to data from Ovi Cloud, in 2020, offline retail sales of W1-W37 air conditioners, refrigerators, and washing machines will fall by 35.97%, 23.29%, and 18.6%, respectively. Cumulative retail sales are lower than the same period last year, but the decline has gradually narrowed. Online performance is better than offline. Starting from the 18th week, except for individual weekly sales that were affected by the “618” promotion, sales fell year-on-year, other weekly sales improved significantly year-on-year. The cumulative online retail sales of air conditioners, refrigerators, and washing machines changed -5.79%, +8.75%, and +15.92% respectively.
